but do you have accsess to a legpress machine if so if you start at 400 lbs and add 200 every week you will gain and if you work out with 600 every day for 3weeks strait you will tone while gaining.
i did that and now i can leg press 1200 lbs 3 times and i only did it for 5 1/2 months and i also started with 400 lbs so give it a try if you want.
also if you could give any info. on how to get rid of stubern mid section fat that would be awsome thank you and you welcome hope to here from you soon.
