i need help, i need to lose fat around my mid section and cant seem to do it i get as far as in my pic and then i start gaining again i cant figure it out if you could give me any information on how to get rid of it that would be awsome...

Alot of it depends on your diet.. Circuit training is a good way to lose fat high reps with very short rest in between. Instead of running do sprints instead run for 30 sec and walk for 90 sec and try for about 10 circuits or however many you can do. Mens Health magazine has a bunch of tips on everything and has helped me out alot
