Is completing high school necessary for life, or is getting your GED and continuing on to college just as good?

I found that I learned nothing of use in high school. Everything was just stuff I'd forget once I got my diploma.
I have more going for me in life with a GED than if I had have stayed in high school.

I guess it depends on the type of person you are...I learned a lot in high school or maybe it's just me.

i think the main thing of high school if is a person actually wants to learn or not... there are the people that want to be there.. then there are the ones that don't... it is up to the person what they take out of high school.

It depends on what you want to do....

I think completing highschool is important..for me personally..but if someone else thinks getting their GED is better..more power to them.

It's a personal matter....highschool isnt' for everyone..it's okay!
