I work out 3 times a week. I think i should do it 5 but i dont have time. What about you?

I goes for atleast 5 days a week ...something 6 and even 7 ...i prefer yoga over gym.....

I used to work out every week but now I have no time at all. I'm too busy with work and my kids. How I wish I can work out again like you guys!

i am not regular on workouts, i do it for 2-3 days a week...sometimes i skip it because i have to rush to reach work....but when i do,i do it for 30 min.

Due to my job commitment, I can only work out during the weekend. Sometimes when I have to work during the weekend, then I have to forget about it. Maybe best time is during the holidays.

I dont work out that much as i dont have time for it. I really have busy schedule and when i get free i am really tired. But now i a thinking of doing it on weekends when i have less work load.

I never work out. i think the best way is to walk as much as possible instead of driving

I am a lazy person and i don't workout on a regular basis. But I do practice yoga which is far more better than any form of workouts itself. I do yoga in the early morning hours which is the best time for it.

I will go out for a jog every weekend. However my Yoga class is 2 times a week. Therefore I never miss any of them unless I'm very very busy.

Gym twice a week and when ever I have free time with nothing better to do. I'm currently trying to build up enough strength to do handstand push-ups :D

i go to the gym every other day and go for jogs, runs, or sports the other days for 2 hours for all of these
then, if i have extra time, i do more than those 2 hours

7 Days a week and i flucuate but i also prefure fre wieghts more than wachines it gets all those stableity mucles that makes or breaks a good looking body

i work out everyday and i also try to work out twice a day but my scheduale is to busy for me right now, but when summer comes im going to accomplish that goal.

Lordy, I have all the time in the world to work out but I just dont have the ambition, it might be that I don't need to loose weight, just gain muscle. But, until school starts up again I probably won't work out at all.

When I first started working out I was at the gym 5 times a week. I had a bit of a weight problem when I was in school but I now have the situation under control being both trim and healthy now. These days I'm lucky if I can get in 3 sessions a week.
