Is there any one issue that matters most to you when you are deciding who to vote for? I'm not a single issue voter, but I have to say that health care is high on my list this time around.

My high priorities are Illegal Immigration and Gay Marriage. Heath Care and Stem Cell Research are the next two. Since the '08 presidential election is my first time voting I'm really excited :D I've been doing sooooooo much research.
